FAQ's

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is scalable and customized based on the scope of work requested. We believe that the cost of services should not be a "one size fits all" arrangement. We work with our clients to make sure we can meet and exceed their goals while creating a fee structure based on only the services they need and nothing they don’t.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always recommend setting up a no obligation (brief) call to best assess a prospective client's needs. It gives us a chance to get a more comprehensive understanding of the situation and subsequently offer the most accurate quote and strategy to satisfy client objectives. It also gives the client a chance to address any questions and/or concerns while getting a better sense of whether our practice resonates well with them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are you looking to achieve? Why do you want to make proposed changes? Who are you doing this for? What has stopped you or hindered you from making proposed changes on your own?

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with a wide range of clientele, from recent college grads to seasoned C-Suite level professionals looking to expand on their conceptualizations of "peak performance". Outside of business, we utilize our skills in conflict resolution to mediate families, build better communication practices and offer marriage and relationship counseling.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Offering comprehensive services and working with a wide array of clientele, this question is too vague to be truly informative on an individual level. Feel free to contact us and share your objectives and we would be happy to share a relevant experience!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are willing and prepared to make improvements. Make sure you are ready to invest in yourself and your long-term sustainability and happiness. Understand that sustainable improvement does not happen overnight and that is okay.
