Frequently Asked Questions

A career and life coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. This can include career advancement, personal development, work-life balance, health and wellness, and more.

Pricing is scalable and customized based on the scope of work requested. We believe that the cost of services should not be a “one size fits all” arrangement. We work with our clients to make sure we can meet and exceed their goals while creating a fee structure based on only the services they need and nothing they don’t.

We always recommend setting up a no obligation (brief) call to best assess a prospective client’s needs. It gives us a chance to get a more comprehensive understanding of the situation and subsequently offer the most accurate quote and strategy to satisfy client objectives. It also gives the client a chance to address any questions and/or concerns while getting a better sense of whether our practice resonates well with them.

The frequency of sessions can vary depending on your goals, availability, budget and package. Typically, clients meet with their coach weekly or bi-weekly, especially at the beginning of the coaching relationship.

What are you looking to achieve? Why do you want to make proposed changes? Who are you doing this for? What has stopped you or hindered you from making proposed changes on your own?

We work with a wide range of clientele, from recent college grads to seasoned C-Suite level professionals looking to expand on their conceptualizations of “peak performance”. Outside of business, we utilize our skills in conflict resolution to mediate families, build better communication practices and offer marriage and relationship counseling.

Make sure you are willing and prepared to make improvements. Make sure you are ready to invest in yourself and your long-term sustainability and happiness. Understand that sustainable improvement does not happen overnight and that is okay.

Results vary depending on individual circumstances and goals. Some clients may see progress after just a few sessions, while others may require more time. Consistency and commitment to the coaching process are key factors in achieving desired outcomes. We are here to guide you through the process, provide new resources and tools, but it is important that you, as the client, are putting in the work, staying committed and dedicated to your growth and development. It’s a collaborative partnership and two-way street to get there.
